Kathryn brings extensive experience in complex civil litigation, having practiced in both private and public sectors. She has pursued claims on behalf of clients in matters involving antitrust violations, healthcare fraud, breach of contract, and the recovery and protection of taxpayer funds.  Her work has contributed to substantial recoveries in cases centered on pharmaceutical pricing, with total recoveries reaching hundreds of millions of dollars.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn focused on litigating claims under state false claims acts and consumer protection statutes recovering overpayments on behalf of state Medicaid programs.  Her responsibilities included leading complex discovery efforts, collaborating with expert witnesses, and participating in under seal investigations.

Kathryn has developed extensive experience in government contracting and procurement. She has represented state agencies in a range of disputes, including those involving software licensing and public works construction, and has successfully resolved multimillion-dollar disputes through negotiation and mediation. In addition, she has advised clients on breach of contract claims, property damage litigation, and administrative proceedings.

Serving as a member of a team representing classes of health plans in matters against pharmaceutical manufacturers alleging antitrust violations.

Serving as a member of a team representing independent pharmacies seeking recovery on behalf of a class against a pharmaceutical benefit manager for alleged antitrust violations.

Served as a member of a team representing state and local governmental entities involving allegations of Medicaid fraud against prescription drug manufacturers and recovering over $250 million.

Served as a member of a team representing a state Medicaid program against the state’s Medicaid administrator and pediatric dental providers for Medicaid fraud and recovering over $236 million.
