Commercial Litigation Associates – Miami and Austin

Sperling Kenny Nachwalter is seeking associates with 3–5 years of complex business litigation experience to join its Miami and Austin offices. Qualified candidates for each office should have a strong academic record and excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills. Preference will be given to candidates with experience at an AM Law 100 firm, a federal judicial clerkship, or a degree from a T14 law school. We look for individuals with superb writing skills and strong interpersonal skills.

• For Austin, candidates must be in good standing and an active member of The State Bar of Texas.

Paralegal – Miami or Nashville or Austin

Sperling Kenny Nachwalter is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team in one of three offices. Qualified candidates should have:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including file management and cite-checking
• Proficiency in legal research platforms (Lexis, Westlaw)
• Experience with e-discovery database management (Relativity preferred)
• Experience with all phases of litigation (pleadings through trial and appeal) and related filing requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Legal Assistant – Chicago

Sperling Kenny Nachwalter is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant with 3-5 years of litigation experience to provide administrative and litigation support. Qualified candidates should have:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document formatting, including the ability to create and format a Table of Authorities
• Experience managing calendars, scheduling, and electronic filings
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
