
Chase brings experience in antitrust litigation and advocacy, with an established track record of success in high-stakes competition cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Chase was a Trial Attorney at the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice. As a litigator in the Anti-Monopoly and Collusion Enforcement Section, Chase investigated and prosecuted antitrust conduct claims in various industries.
Chase was a core member of the winning case team in the landmark Google Ad Tech monopolization lawsuit, playing key roles throughout litigation and trial. Most recently, Chase helped litigate a complex information sharing case with wide-ranging impact on the agricultural sector.
Before entering the legal profession, Chase worked at a large financial institution. Across several roles, he developed expertise in portfolio management, risk analysis, and regulatory relations.
