
For more than twenty years, Christina has represented companies and individuals in litigation in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels and in arbitrations and mediations. She focuses her practice on business disputes, professional malpractice defense, and multidistrict litigation proceedings, including antitrust matters.
Christina’s practice extends to cross-border disputes involving clients and issues in countries, such as Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, El Salvador, Mexico, Switzerland, the Bahamas, and South Korea. She handles complex procedural and jurisdictional issues and questions of conflict of laws.
Christina is dedicated to imparting her legal research and writing skills to foreign attorneys. She has many years of experience teaching legal research and writing to candidates in the University of Miami School of Law’s Comparative Law LL.M. program. She also has crafted and taught legal writing courses to foreign in-house attorneys seeking to improve their English writing and communication skills.
