
Jordan Birnholtz represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, intellectual property, and business disputes. A former intellectual property litigator and technology entrepreneur, Jordan brings a unique combination of litigation experience, business leadership and technical sophistication to high-stakes matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Jordan practiced law at a premier Am Law 100 firm, where he represented clients across a variety of industries, including medical devices, professional services, and consumer products, in intellectual property, copyright, false advertising, and complex commercial disputes.
Before practicing law, Jordan founded three venture-backed software companies serving industries including consumer finance, political technology, and online gaming. He also co-developed software that applies machine learning and generative AI to patent validity and infringement analysis.
Drawing on his experience as a lawyer, entrepreneur, and business advisor, Jordan helps clients navigate complex legal disputes through a practical commercial lens and develop strategies aligned with their broader business objectives. He has also published original empirical research on true threats laws.
