Nathan Shev is a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. A skilled writer and advocate, Nathan increasingly focuses his practice on critical motions and appellate litigation. He has represented clients in a wide range of subject areas, including contracts, insurance coverage, health benefits, antitrust, professional malpractice, qui tam litigation, bankruptcy litigation, securities law, intellectual property, and constitutional law.
Before joining Sperling Kenny Nachwalter in 2015, Nathan spent several years as a litigation associate at Skadden and served two years as a staff attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Before becoming a lawyer, Nathan was a Certified Public Accountant.
