May 1, 2026 - Sperling Kenny Nachwalter is pleased to announce that Luisa Paganini has joined the firm as an associate in its Miami office.

Luisa is a complex commercial litigation attorney. Her practice is focused on plaintiff-side antitrust matters, including complex class actions. She brings rigorous legal analysis and a global-minded perspective to every matter and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, positioning her to represent multinational corporations and international clients in cross-border disputes.

On Luisa joining the firm, Steven C. Florsheim, Managing Partner, said, “Sperling Kenny Nachwalter is continuing to search for world-class litigation talent that can help us achieve superb results for our clients. Luisa is a perfect example of everything our clients and we could want in a trial lawyer, and we are incredibly excited to have her join our growing roster of Miami litigators.”

Before joining the firm, Luisa worked at an Am Law 200-ranked firm, where she handled commercial disputes across multiple industries. Prior to her legal career, she led global operations teams at a venture-backed international company, giving her a practical understanding of cross-border business operations.

Luisa developed significant experience handling high-value and technically complex matters across a range of industries, including representing one of the largest Brazilian multinational companies in a major antitrust class action, defending a software company in trade secret misappropriation claims following a billion-dollar acquisition, representing a leading autonomous vehicle manufacturer in nationwide product liability litigation, and obtaining a 2025 Florida Supreme Court ruling affirming the validity of up to five billion dollars in bonds.
