Dina brings more than two decades of legal and business experience advising companies through high-stakes disputes, complex regulatory landscapes, and strategic growth initiatives.
Dina spent 10 years at Sperling & Slater, first as an associate and then as a partner, representing clients in complex business disputes throughout the country in state and federal courts and at arbitration. Dina then joined the founding team of a startup in a highly regulated industry, where she held senior leadership roles in legal, regulatory compliance, and government affairs. Her contributions helped the company go from an idea on paper to a publicly traded company with over $1 Billion in annual revenue. Her return to Sperling Kenny Nachwalter reflects her commitment to applying this depth of legal and operational experience to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Dina has been widely recognized for her leadership, serving as a trusted advisor to executives and boards, and frequently speaking at national conferences and in the media.
Dina currently serves as an independent Board Member at NewLake Capital Partners, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust. She serves on the Audit and Corporate Governance Committees and is the Chair of the ESG Committee.
