DINA ROLLMAN REJOINS SPERLING KENNY NACHWALTER

October 7, 2025 - Sperling Kenny Nachwalter is pleased to announce that Dina Rollman has rejoined the firm as counsel.

Earlier in her career, Dina spent a decade as a commercial litigator at Sperling & Slater, a predecessor to Sperling Kenny Nachwalter. She is now based in the firm’s Chicago office, representing clients in business litigation with an insider’s perspective on how companies launch, grow, and operate.

Before rejoining the firm, Dina was part of the founding team of a startup in a highly regulated industry, where she spent nearly a decade in senior leadership roles overseeing legal, regulatory compliance, and government affairs. She helped the company go from an idea on paper to a publicly traded company with over $1 billion in annual revenue. Her return reflects her commitment to applying this depth of experience to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Dina is also an independent Board Member at NewLake Capital Partners, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust, serving on the Audit and Corporate Governance Committees and as Chair of the ESG Committee.
