Katie draws on her extensive experience in private practice and government enforcement to skillfully represent clients in complex antitrust matters.
Katie leverages her experience at the Federal Trade Commission and in private practice to offer a unique perspective on how regulators approach antitrust cases. Prior to joining the firm, Katie worked in the Mergers IV Division of the Federal Trade Commission, where she investigated matters across healthcare, consumer products, grocery, and retail industries, and litigated in federal court. Before joining the Federal Trade Commission, Katie worked in the antitrust practice group of an Am Law-listed firm, where she provided antitrust counseling and represented clients in dozens of merger investigations, as well as price-fixing and consumer protection matters.
