CHRISTINA CEBALLOS-LEVY REJOINS SPERLING KENNY NACHWALTER

August 19, 2026 – Sperling Kenny Nachwalter is pleased to announce that Christina Ceballos-Levy has rejoined the firm as a partner.

Earlier in her career, Christie spent over two decades as a commercial litigator at Kenny Nachwalter, a predecessor to Sperling Kenny Nachwalter. She represents companies and individuals in high-stakes disputes in federal and state courts, at the trial and appellate levels, and in arbitrations and mediations.

Christie’s practice focuses on complex business litigation, multidistrict litigation, antitrust matters, domestic and international disputes, and professional malpractice defense. She has represented parties in matters involving business torts, contract disputes, professional liability claims, antitrust issues, and other complex proceedings that require coordinated strategy across trial courts, appellate courts, arbitration forums, and mediation settings. Her experience includes both plaintiff-side and defense-side work.

A significant part of Christie’s practice involves cross-border disputes involving clients, parties, assets, witnesses, and legal issues connected to foreign jurisdictions, including Argentina, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, The Bahamas, and Venezuela.

Christie has also maintained a longstanding commitment to legal writing, mentoring, and supporting lawyers trained outside the United States. She taught legal research and writing for many years in the University of Miami School of Law’s Comparative Law LL.M. program and has designed and taught legal writing courses for foreign in-house counsel seeking to strengthen their English legal writing and communication skills.
